How is my beer shipped to ensure freshness?
We ship all our beers in reinforced, eco-friendly cardboard packaging to prevent breakage. To maintain peak freshness, we recommend refrigerating your cans or bottles as soon as they arrive.
Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Since our products contain alcohol, an adult of legal drinking age must be present to sign for the delivery and provide a valid ID if requested by the courier.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your beers arrive damaged or leaking, please take a photo of the package and contact our customer service team within 24 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately.
Are your beers suitable for vegans?
The vast majority of our headliner beers, including Punk IPA and Hazy Jane, are vegan-friendly. We do not use isinglass. Please check the specific product description for any specialty brews that may contain lactose or honey.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your craft beer's journey right to your doorstep.
